Quotes and orders
A quote request does not constitute an order. Any custom project remains subject to validation of scope, pricing and availability. Orders are confirmed after payment or explicit commercial validation.
Prices
Displayed prices are indicative and may be adjusted depending on configuration, delivery, installation, training and licence scope. Custom services may require a dedicated quote.
Delivery and services
Delivery, installation and training timelines depend on product availability, logistics constraints and the validated intervention scope.
Support and liability
iJService provides its services with a best-effort obligation. The customer remains responsible for validating technical prerequisites, access conditions and operational constraints on site.
Project-specific commercial commitments remain defined in the accepted quote, invoice, licence scope and any written exchanges validated by both parties.
